Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Head with a strong background in payments and a proven track record in consultative sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling payment products to enterprises, demonstrating the ability to influence senior decision-makers and foster strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and grow our customer base. Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Communicate the value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including Product Development and Customer Service) to enhance the overall customer experience. Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis. Requirements Proven experience as a Growth Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role within the fintech sector. Experience selling regulated products with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. Strong enterprise sales skills and high-level negotiation abilities. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
