About the job: This role requires a deep technical understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to impact impactful product launches in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch analysis, including backlog management and workflows. Translate technical concepts into clear requirements; evaluate solutions based on feasibility, impact, and value. Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand and enhance our value proposition. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure delivery. Ensure timely delivery of quality features, organizing testing and feedback processes. Minimum requirements include: 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Experience with agile methodologies (Jira, Asana). Understanding of microservices, P2P systems, Java Script. Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, remote setting. Ability to define and track KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus. Experience with AI and P2P projects is advantageous.
