This includes identifying opportunities within the bank's operations for automation to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and improve customer experience. Key Accountabilities: The Process Automation Analyst's main responsibility is to streamline and optimize business processes via automation solutions. This involves: Process Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify automation opportunities, understand workflows, and assess feasibility. Solution Design: Creating automation solutions to address inefficiencies, selecting appropriate technologies, and defining automation workflows. Automation Development: Developing workflows and scripts using RPA tools, configuring bots, coding scripts, and integrating solutions with existing systems. Testing and Validation: Testing automation workflows to ensure correctness, debugging issues, and validating results. Deployment and Maintenance: Deploying automation solutions, monitoring performance, handling errors, and updating workflows as needed. Documentation: Creating technical and user documentation to facilitate understanding and usage. Training and Support: Providing training and ongoing support to end-users for successful adoption. Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Over 5 years of relevant automation experience, including at least 3 years in banking processes Understanding of banking business areas Experience with RPA and BPM tools like Ui Path, Blue Prism, IBM BPM, Ultimus, etc. Development experience in application creation Thorough understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle management Experience working in agile environments Ability to meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering or related field Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred for effective communication Application Process: Please send your application to the provided email address.
