Job Duties: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Conduct usability testing and make improvements based on user feedback. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop. Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools. Understanding of responsive design principles. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script is a plus. Familiarity with design systems and guidelines. Personal Skills: Strong creativity and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to think from the user's perspective and create user-centric designs.
