As an Outlet General Manager , you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations to ensure optimal results aligned with departmental targets, policies, and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and executing the business plan and strategy Creating a social media strategy to promote events and promotions, increasing online engagement Promoting deep understanding of bar culture and hospitality traditions Encouraging creativity and innovation among staff for customer engagement and service enhancement Organizing staff events and competitions to boost team morale and ownership Developing hiring strategies to attract suitable candidates and conducting interviews Implementing ongoing training and mentorship programs Supervising guest service to ensure maximum satisfaction Aligning service sequences with the bar's identity Introducing seasonal menus and limited-time offers based on guest feedback and trends Maintaining the physical appearance and theme of the outlet Fostering strong interdepartmental relationships within the hotel Identifying training needs and conducting training sessions Evaluating team performance and managing promotions or transfers Participating in daily briefings and ensuring effective communication Preparing duty rosters based on business forecasts Monitoring local events to maximize opportunities Conducting market and competitor analysis Training staff on grooming standards and monitoring compliance Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are met Organizing promotions and analyzing their outcomes Preparing monthly reports and financial statements Managing budgets and controlling costs Implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue Achieving a minimum of 90% score on mystery guest audits and market metrics Operating in an environmentally friendly and safe manner, complying with health and safety policies Skills and Qualifications Education & Experience : A college or university degree with at least two years in a similar role. Proficiency in computer skills, excellent communication, and command of English are essential. Knowledge & Competencies : The ideal candidate is hands-on, with a strong food & beverage background, passionate about quality and service.
