Director - Visa Direct Regional Field Marketing - CEMEA Visa Description The Director, Visa Direct Regional Field Marketing - CEMEA, will dual-report to the Sr. Director of Field & Partner Marketing and the CEMEA Regional Head of B2B Marketing. This role is responsible for driving field marketing activations in the CEMEA region. This position will lead all aspects of Visa Direct Field Marketing across various audiences, priority markets, and the expanded product portfolio, serving as a strategic regional partner to the Visa Direct product and sales teams in CEMEA. Responsibilities Lead Visa Direct Field Marketing in CEMEA: Oversee all field marketing activities for Visa Direct in the region, ensuring alignment with business goals. Engage Senior Leaders: Collaborate with senior product and sales leaders to align marketing programs with business objectives, driving revenue and transaction growth. Execute Strategic Marketing Plans: Implement plans leveraging global strategies to achieve regional goals, including awareness, demand generation, and campaigns. Co-Marketing Engagements: Drive B2B2B and B2B2C co-marketing initiatives with partners to stimulate demand through content, promotions, and webinars. Event Activation: Manage regional event activations, supporting all phases to enhance client engagement. Localization of Content: Lead localization efforts for regional marketing and develop CEMEA-specific content addressing regional needs. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in communications or marketing, especially in B2B campaign strategy, planning, and execution. Strong strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach. Audience-focused with demonstrated insight discovery. Excellent communication skills with a strong executive presence. Energetic team player who contributes positively to team culture. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Financial and analytical skills with a focus on ROI. Global mindset with cultural sensitivity.
