Account Manager Mandarin Speaking Job - iGaming - Dubai, Asia

Location: Dubai Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Account Manager (Mandarin-speaking) to join a leading content provider in the i Gaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing top-tier accounts, driving growth, and building long-term relationships with key clients. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, along with prior experience in the i Gaming industry . Job Responsibilities: Drive and maximize revenue from assigned clients through proactive relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Casino Directors, Owners, Heads of Operations, CRM, and Marketing teams. Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of accounts. Take a consultative approach to understand each client’s business needs and strategic drivers. Monitor and interpret user feedback to inform internal product development discussions. Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions relevant to online gambling operators. Provide regular updates and KPI reports to the Head of Account Management. The Successful Candidate: Proactive self-starter with strong social and communication skills. Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success within the i Gaming industry . Fluent in Mandarin and English , with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven negotiation skills and a confident approach to handling top-tier clients. Commercially minded with strong analytical and numerical capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Professional, problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain composed under pressure. Interested?
