Job Title: Appointment Setter – Social Media Lead Generation Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate We are seeking a proactive and driven Appointment Setter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using social media platforms to identify, engage, and nurture leads, ultimately converting them into scheduled phone appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Use platforms like Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook to research and generate new leads. Initiate contact with prospects through direct messaging and thoughtful engagement. Qualify potential clients and build initial relationships online. Transition leads into scheduled phone appointments through clear and persuasive communication. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointments in our CRM system. Follow up with leads as needed to maintain interest and move them down the funnel. Requirements: Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or social media outreach. Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus. Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone. Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
