Ramboll is seeking a young Project Manager to join our offices in Dubai. Bring your expertise in Project Management to provide services for a variety of projects, including Industrial, Advanced Manufacturing, and Defence, with coordination of MEP, Civil, and Architectural Workstreams. You will join our Building Department As Project Manager, Buildings, you will be part of our global High-Rise and Complex Buildings team, which has designed over 200 tall buildings worldwide, including some of the most technically challenging projects. You will work with engineers in Dubai and support our global department with offices in India, the UK, Singapore, and other locations. Your key responsibilities include: Delivering projects from concept to completion, ensuring scope, contracts, budgets, and QA procedures are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Producing technical and commercial specifications, drawings, and schedules that meet the scope of services. Participating in design workshops and meetings for small projects, or supporting larger schemes as an Assistant Project Manager. Ensuring Quality Assurance and Control during construction. Preparing and sharing Monthly Reports, meeting minutes, project programs, and presentations as needed. Collaborating with the Planning team to review and ensure project programs are on track. Facilitating risk management workshops for design and project aspects. Developing relationships with sub-consultants such as surveyors, architects, and specialists. Preparing and submitting fees and costs to clients promptly with supporting documentation. Managing scope changes to meet client satisfaction. Supporting bid teams in preparing proposals for tenders. Your starting point for growth We support your personal and professional development from day one. For this role, we believe your foundation should include: HNC/HND in Building/Civil Engineering or related field. Chartered membership in a construction-focused organization (e.g., APM), or working towards this qualification. Experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. Knowledge of RIBA Plan of Work Stages, construction, and design processes. Understanding of health and safety legislation, including CDM Regulations. Familiarity with procurement methods and contract administration, including NEC3 and NEC4. Key personal qualities include: Self-motivated, organized, excellent communicator, capable of working independently, and able to build collaborative relationships.
