Description
PRIMARY SKILL: SCCM and Secondary Skill: Windows & AD Installing and configuring SCCM 2012 Current Branch 18xx & 19XX. Managing site health, configuring maintenance tasks, and performing client remediation. Supported deployment environments (DEV, PRE-PROD & PROD) with UAT for Patching as recommended by ITSC. Monitoring SCCM server OS performance, including CPU, Memory, and Disk space utilization. Creating and deploying software packages/applications, including custom EXE, MSI, and scripts/batch files to manage clients. Configuring SCCM infrastructure including client agents, site boundaries, core site system roles, and internet-based client management. Understanding setup, use, and troubleshooting of software deployment maintenance windows. Troubleshooting components like Distribution Points, Management Point, and SUP. Handling Content Library management. Updating OSD task sequences quarterly to manage security patch updates. Providing L2 & L3 support for deskside support analysts. Managing release processes for deployments on the trade floor, including testing, QA, and pilot phases, leading to mass production rollout. Handling deployment separately for trade/market floors, coordinating with local IT teams for reboots. Managing patching of desktops and servers through SCCM. Preparing compliance and non-compliance reports for SCCM clients and troubleshooting non-compliance issues. Performing weekly site server backups, monitoring, and troubleshooting using site repair wizard and recent backups. Deploying SCCM clients via push, software distribution, SUP, and custom scripts. Addressing non-healthy clients using tools like Client Center, PSEXEC, and SMS Trace Log Viewer. Creating custom reports using SCCM Reporting, SQL queries, and VB/Power Shell scripts. Ensuring high system availability; on-call 24x7 basis. Windows Admin Installing, configuring, administering, and fine-tuning Windows OS and components. Providing second-level support to incidents with SLA compliance. Securing infrastructure servers through timely OS, security patches, and service packs updates. Participating in IT projects and acting as project manager for certain initiatives. Supporting and maintaining 200+ Windows Servers (physical and virtual) at Dubai Data Centers and international offices. Managing user accounts, group permissions across various domains, with a user base of approximately 4000 accounts. Managing internal and external DNS servers.
