Project Finance Manager

The client is a prominent real estate developer. Responsibilities: Develop financial and strategic reports and guidelines for potential global real estate investment opportunities. Construct key narratives for investment rationale. Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate project feasibility and optimize capital structures. Structure, negotiate, and execute debt and equity financing agreements for various projects. Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to assess project risks and returns. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and legal advisors, to secure project funding. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Finance, Economics, Business Administration) from a reputable university. Minimum 8 years of experience from investment banks, valuation departments of international consultancy companies (such as Big 4), M&A houses, multilaterals or similar institutions. Outstanding command of written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus. Due to the global nature of the role, travel and willingness to work alternative hours will be required when necessary. Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
