Your role involves developing, planning, and managing learning and development programs for all colleagues, ensuring brand standards are maintained. You will focus on fostering potential relationships with guests and colleagues, supporting individual and organizational growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the Cluster Learning & Development Manager, possess 2-3 years’ experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels, and have a background in learning, coaching, and development. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and analytical skills, and excellent communication in English (or another language) are essential. Middle East/GCC experience is a plus.
