MEP Supervisor

We are seeking a highly capable and organized Facility Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. This role involves supervising maintenance activities, managing personnel, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring a high standard of facility upkeep. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the overall maintenance and operations of the facility, including high-rise buildings. Lead and manage a team of maintenance and support staff, including housekeeping technicians and security personnel. Assign tasks, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations. Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations involving MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil systems. Ensure the facility is safe and well-maintained, addressing issues promptly. Ensure the facility complies with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Stay informed about contract validation and perform proper follow-up. Serve as the point of contact for tenants, clients, and stakeholders. Address tenant concerns and maintain positive relationships. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure services meet quality standards. Update and implement emergency response and evacuation plans. Coordinate responses to emergencies or incidents within the facility. Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and incidents. Generate reports for management and regulatory agencies as required Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with facility management software. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with tenants, staff, and stakeholders. Ability to identify and resolve facility-related issues efficiently. Effective organization and multitasking skills to manage a facility's diverse responsibilities. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
