Graphic Designer

The Graphic and Web Designer will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and intuitive websites, web applications, and digital graphics. The role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of user experience (UX) principles. Key Responsibilities : Graphic Design: Design graphics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and advertisements. Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain the visual style and branding guidelines across all digital platforms. Ensure consistency in design language across different projects. UX/UI Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces and enhance user experiences on websites and applications. Content Creation: Design multimedia content such as banners, videos, infographics, and animations to support marketing and promotional efforts. Collaboration: Work with marketing teams, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives. User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design concepts. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. Software Proficiency: Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Sketch, Figma, or other tools to create and refine designs. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of experience in graphic and web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work. Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually engaging designs. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with an eye for typography, color, and layout. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively. Problem-Solving: Ability to solve design challenges and think critically about user interaction and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in video editing and animation. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like Word Press, Joomla, or Drupal. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
