We are now looking for Lead Electrical Engineer (Construction Management experience) to execute projects and support bids in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Reports To : The Lead Electrical Engineer (Construction Management experience) reports to the Head of Discipline, Lead Electrical Engineer. Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer with construction experience in Substation projects within the Oil and Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all electrical construction activities in consultation with the Lead Engineer, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines. Responsibilities include closely monitoring the execution of daily electrical construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules. Close coordination with a multidisciplinary team and interface project is required. All construction activities shall be in accordance with ADNOC HSE policy. Safety Management : Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all construction activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 10-15 years minimum Oil & Gas experience. Good verbal and written communication skills, leadership and coordination, analytic and proactive approach competence in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Chemical Industries. Knowledge of industry-specific software, such as Auto CAD, Navisworks, and other computer-aided design tools. Our work is guided by our vision: Home of the learning minds .
