Osphere Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Client Engagement Specialist to join our vibrant team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This role is integral to our growth strategy and offers a unique opportunity to work across our various divisions, including Osphere Digital, Osphere Media, Osphere Solutions, Osphere Academy and Service Plix. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling, emailing, and Whats App communications to engage potential clients. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic client engagement. Present and promote our range of services to prospective clients, highlighting the unique benefits of each division. Client Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Arrange and conduct meetings with clients at our office, providing exceptional service and support. Reporting and Coordination: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market feedback. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Compensation and Benefits: Basic salary of 2000 AED plus commission. Visa provided after the completion of a 3-month probation period and achievement of minimum targets. One-way airfare provided annually after one year of employment. Why Join Osphere Group?
