70 developers) through standardized design and development patterns and faster shipping of tools and apps. Focus of role - Managing relationships with parallel Application Development and Systems Engineering functions, identifying issues in Developers workflows. - Design, build and implement an Internal Development platform that enables self-service cloud environments. - Establish best practices and patterns that facilitate seamless integration between Development and Cloud operations. - Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures that support Agile development practices. - Lead the creation of standardized deployment patterns for .NET and Python. - Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines. - Grow the team; you will be the 1st hire into this team, with 2 more Application Developer level individuals to be hired over the next 12 months. Skills and Experience required - Fluency in English. - Bachelor's / Master's in STEM field. - Minimum 10 yrs' Application Development and Architecture experience. - Current expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC. - Minimum 3 yrs' Python. - Experience with Iaa C tools - Chef, Ansible, Terraform. - Experience of Docker / Kubernetes (AKS or EKS). - Minimum 5 yrs' Cloud experience with either Azure / AWS. #J-18808-Ljbffr
