Responsibilities: Assisting customers and internal team members on hardware compatibility, and the optimal component selection for PCs Assembling Gaming PCs (including liquid cooling and hard tubing) Set up and configure computers and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, routers, etc Perform audits and tests on computer systems, networks and hardware to ensure it is functioning properly Respond to support requests and assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise Requirements: Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role Excellent knowledge of computer hardware Very good communication skills Exceptional organization and time-management skills Critical-thinker and problem-solver Knowledge of the latest trends in computer hardware and gaming #J-18808-Ljbffr
