Head Cashier

We are looking for a Head Cashier who will be responsible for managing the cashiers and overseeing all cash transactions in our fine dining restaurants. This position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and managing people, as well as being skilled in accounting and cash handling. Job Duties Supervise and train cashiers in customer service, cash handling, and store policies and procedures. Oversee all cash transactions, including deposits and reconciliations. Maintain accuracy and security of all cash funds and registers. Resolve customer complaints regarding cash transactions and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare reports and provide cash flow information to management. Assist in scheduling and staffing of cashiers. Perform opening and closing duties, including balancing registers and securing cash funds. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Micros experience at an advanced level. Prior experience in retail and cash handling. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage people and handle conflict resolution. Proficiency in basic math and accounting principles. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
