Sales Manager - System Integrator
Description
Our client is a leading system integrator with 40 years of existence and over 1500 employees. They are an industry-leading solutions provider of digital infrastructure, digital innovations, computer-aided engineering, Autodesk training, BIM consultancy, applications modernization, audiovisual infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, outsourcing, and managed services. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the areas of Cybersecurity, Smart Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Data Centers, App Modernization, Digital Transformation, and Services. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on industry best practices and solutions. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive individual and team success. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to tailor solutions to client requirements in the areas of data analytics, robotics, digital automation, and customer experience management. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide input into product development and marketing strategies. Minimum Requirements: At least 8 years of proven sales experience within IT Solutions, Digital Transformation, Managed Services, or related industries. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a solid track record in technology sales. Able to manage a team of sales representatives. Strong understanding of the IT solutions landscape, including Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Data Centers, and Digital Transformation, Engineering Solutions & Services. Ability to articulate and simplify technical offerings to clients and partners effectively. Experience in solution selling and consultative sales approach. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to drive profitable deals. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
