70 developers) through standardized design and development patterns and faster shipping of tools and apps. Focus of Role Managing relationships with parallel Application Development and Systems Engineering functions, identifying issues in Developers' workflows. Design, build and implement an Internal Development platform that enables self-service cloud environments. Establish best practices and patterns that facilitate seamless integration between Development and Cloud operations. Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures that support Agile development practices. Lead the creation of standardized deployment patterns for .NET and Python. Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines. Grow the team; you will be the 1st hire into this team, with 2 more Application Developer level individuals to be hired over the next 12 months. Skills and Experience Required Fluency in English. Bachelor's / Master's in STEM field. Minimum 10 yrs' Application Development and Architecture experience. Current expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC. Minimum 3 yrs' Python. Experience with Iaa C tools - Chef, Ansible, Terraform. Experience of Docker / Kubernetes (AKS or EKS).
