We are seeking experienced Kitchen Technicians to join our Facilities Department at Atlantis The Royal—the largest, most diverse, and exciting technical team in Dubai. About The Role Kitchen Technicians in our technical team oversee a large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and appliances. We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas: Repair and maintenance of kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers Installation of new equipment and replacement of defective parts Skills in soldering and brazing for refrigeration maintenance and compressor installation Optimizing PPM operations to prevent downtime Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably 5 or more. To succeed as a Kitchen Technician, you should be confident in maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. You should have solid trade knowledge, work independently, and deliver high-quality service to hotel guests and colleagues.
