We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team and help us produce engaging video content that captivates our audience and drives results. Responsibilities: Film and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In. Create engaging promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, property showcases, and tutorials. Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with our brand voice and business objectives. Stay updated on video trends and implement innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant. Assist in scripting and storyboarding for more complex video projects. Deliver polished videos on time and ensure they adhere to our brand guidelines. Requirements: Proven experience as a video content creator (portfolio or examples required). Strong understanding of social media trends, especially for platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube. Creative storytelling skills with an eye for detail and visual aesthetics. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take creative initiative. Knowledge of the real estate or holiday home industry is a plus.
