Job Summary To support ICBA’s Partnership and Resource Mobilization (PRM) Unit in identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing donors and implementing partners, both from the public and private sectors. Job Responsibilities Proactively seeking new partners that can contribute to ICBA’s mandate Setting up meetings with new partners Supporting the preparation of presentations to new partners Regularly updating all business information on ICBA’s intranet and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Identifying new calls for proposals and registering them in the CRM system Compiling intelligence on countries and thematic areas targeted by the calls for proposals Supporting the preparation of proposals and concept notes Compiling supporting documentation (CVs, institutional information, etc.) Proofreading and translating documents (English / Arabic) when needed Uploading proposals and related documents in the CRM system Supporting the PRM Unit in any other tasks as required Qualifications and Experience University degree in a relevant field (e.g., agriculture, development studies, business development), preferably at postgraduate level Previous internship experience highly desirable Proficiency in English and Arabic, written and spoken Other Skills and Competencies Project management, organizational and planning skills Report writing, proposal writing and presentation skills Clear strategic mindset with an analytical focus An eye for detail and accuracy Superior interpersonal and networking skills Results-driven, problem-solving, innovative and able to work on own initiative Ability to multi-task and improve efficiencies in own field of work Professional, dynamic and proactive attitude Note: Monthly Stipend - AED 3,500 The candidate should currently be available in the UAE with a valid UAE residency.
