Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's vision and goals. Oversee the recruitment, on boarding, and training processes to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Manage employee relations and conflict resolution processes. Drive employee performance management and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. Liaise with the top management and provide regular HR reports. A successful HR Manager should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A strong background in HR operations within a factory or industrial setting. Excellent knowledge of local labour laws and regulations. Proven experience in managing and leading HR teams. Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
