Learning & Development Manager

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it’s umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere and Public. We are looking to hire an L&D Manager based in our Head Office in Dubai, you will spend your time working closely with various stakeholders, driving a continuous culture of learning. Some of the key responsibilities include: Conducting Inductions and orientations at Group level Maintaining L&D calendars, documentation and reports Facilitating workshops at Head Office Supporting with group-wide initiatives such as talent reviews, career paths etc. Support the creation of content - offline and online To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with experience creating content for online learning.
