Assistant Outlet Manager

We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service. As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you are responsible for achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction and departmental profitability in an atmosphere of teamwork and high morale. Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing schedules for all employees based on forecasts and within the limits of the manning guide to ensure adequate staffing at all times, under the guidance of the Outlet Manager. Ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the assigned outlet. Participating in planning promotions, beverage purchases, and pricing under the supervision of the Outlet Manager. Maintaining sanitary conditions according to health codes and hotel standards. Supervising daily operations according to standards set by Hotel Management and the Outlet Manager. Identifying training needs and proposing training programs in collaboration with the Outlet Manager, and continuously training subordinates to achieve the highest level of professionalism.
