Senior Python Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using Python. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in writing clean, efficient, and reusable code, performing code reviews, and providing mentorship to junior developers. Key Responsibilities Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications. Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to best practices in software development. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve software issues, optimizing application performance and scalability. Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications, including design specifications and user manuals. Mentorship: Mentor junior developers by providing guidance on coding standards, best practices, and professional development. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions remain cutting-edge. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Python. Proficiency in web frameworks such as Django or Flask. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Strong understanding of databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL) and SQL.
