Your Community The Finance team is vital to our business, evolving from internal accounting to a major function supporting all areas, including assessing financial implications of strategic decisions and growth opportunities. A day in the life of an Accounts Receivable: Posting business transactions and invoice processing, verifying financial data for record maintenance. Clarifying questionable invoice items, prices, or signatures. Verifying and processing employee expense claims and managing approvals and payments. Performing reconciliations, including supplier and credit card reconciliations. Collaborating with recruitment partners to resolve queries. Providing ad-hoc reports as required. Liaising with third-party payment gateways to resolve payment issues. Driving improvements to current payment processes to enhance efficiency. Key Stakeholders: Finance Team Adventus team members Vendors/Suppliers About you A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related majors. More than 2 years of financial experience in AP or AR. Logical thinker with good problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously with good communication skills and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate or higher). Ability to build good relationships with vendors and suppliers. Familiarity with Google Suite. Preferred but not required: Experience with Oracle Netsuite. Understanding of the international student recruitment industry.
