Sales Support Specialist Sales Support Specialist Assist the sales head in managing and maintaining customer accounts. Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Lab, logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support. Generate reports on sales metrics and performance for management review. Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
