Description
Responsibilities Assist in controlling and analyzing quality levels of products and service, Guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing. Handle all incoming and outgoing food and beverage correspondence including guest's feedback promptly and accurately Administer all mail going in and out of the F&B Admin office Assist in the F&B planning process, communication and potential documentation/records management. Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring that coordination, administration, communication functions and duties of the department Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner Ensure compliance of brand standards and policies Supervise small events as required Establish and maintain effective Employee relations Develop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for Food & Beverage Department Employees Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage Departmental meetings Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters #J-18808-Ljbffr
