Role Purpose T he Warehouse Supervisor ensures the efficient and secure storage, distribution, and inventory management of all company assets and materials. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a strategic part in optimizing warehouse processes, improving service levels, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control & Asset Management • Monitor and audit stock levels, ensuring accuracy and traceability • Implement cycle counts and full physical inventory checks • Oversee inbound and outbound inventory flow with compliant documentation Warehouse Operations & Efficiency • Coordinate daily workflows of receiving, storing, and dispatching • Ensure optimal warehouse layout for space utilization and safety • Maintain cleanliness, order, and discipline in daily operations HSE Compliance & Risk Mitigation • Enforce Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards • Lead training and drills for emergency and equipment handling • Identify and mitigate risks with corrective actions Vendor & Transport Coordination • Liaise with logistics partners for timely deliveries and pickups • Monitor service levels and escalate performance concerns • Ensure shipment documentation is accurate and complete Team Supervision & Workforce Development • Assign daily tasks and monitor warehouse team performance • Provide feedback, coaching, and training with HR support • Foster a motivated, collaborative team culture About You • Experienced Leader – 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics supervision, ideally with ERP/WMS systems. • Safety-Oriented – Strong knowledge of HSE practices and compliance. • Hands-On – Skilled in warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred). • Organized & Detail-Driven – Excellent at documentation and workflow management. • Team Player – Motivates and develops others with clear direction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
