Luxury Real Estate Developer Senior Mechanical Engineer/Design

AHS, a foremost luxury real estate developer, is in search of a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Designer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical systems for our high-end residential projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, sustainability, and overall quality of the mechanical designs that contribute to the luxurious living experiences we provide. Responsibilities Functional Accountabilities: Review Mechanical design documents, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and BOQs, taking into consideration best international codes/standards, local authorities/service providers regulations, ease of maintenance, QA/QC guidelines, cost, and sales agreements obligations. Provide technical support to respond to pre-qualification documents, mechanical material submittals, RFI, RFPs, TEOs, invoices, and agreements with service providers. Coordinate and liaise with other team members, including mechanical engineers, architects, structural engineers, infrastructure engineers, landscaping engineers, project management team, commercial team, and FM team. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Always demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organization. Continuous Improvement Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices, considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction. Reporting Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Designer in the luxury residential sector (7+ years) Expertise in mechanical design software (Auto CAD, Revit, etc.) and engineering analysis tools Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems as well as applicable codes and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong project management skills with a solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence in design Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
