Business Development Representative

Overview A fast-growing marketing and communications agency focused on the financial services sector is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support its global business development team. This is ideal for someone confident in reaching out to prospects, booking meetings, and closing deals. You\'ll work with worldwide leads , handling outreach, booking meetings, and converting prospects into clients. Responsibilities Reach out to global leads provided by the team using email, Linked In, or Whats App. Initiate contact, build rapport, and book qualified sales calls . Follow up on all leads consistently to drive conversions and meet monthly targets . Present service offerings in a clear, consultative way that addresses client needs. Manage all lead and pipeline activity using a CRM system. Provide weekly feedback and reporting to the business development lead. Handle objections with professionalism and confidence. Maintain high responsiveness, professionalism, and cross-time-zone flexibility. Qualifications Excellent command of English , both spoken and written. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or telesales , preferably in marketing, tech, or agency settings. Comfortable engaging with international clients , especially in finance, trading, or tech-related sectors. Proven experience booking meetings or closing deals from warm or cold leads. Familiar with using CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Pipedrive) and outreach workflows. Highly self-motivated, responsive, and performance-oriented. Willing to work remotely or relocate to Bali (preferred but not required). Ability to work across multiple time zones (EU, APAC, or global coverage).
