Resort Manager
Description
The client is a leading hospitality organisation in Saudi Arabia. The Resort Manager will be responsible for: Overseeing all resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa Ensuring every aspect of the guest journey is aligned with ultra-luxury standards, from pre-arrival to departure Driving guest satisfaction scores, online reputation, and loyalty through continuous experience enhancement Inspiring, leading, and mentoring a culturally diverse team in a remote environment Monitoring operational KPIs and implementing action plans for continuous improvement The Resort Manager needs to have: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; Master's degree preferred 15+ years of luxury hospitality experience, including at least 3 years in a senior operational role (Hotel Manager, Director of Rooms, Director of Operations) Proven track record with ultra luxury brands A strong background in resorts and rooms operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
