The successful applicant will work closely with the team to provide administrative support and ensure smooth running of the office.Responsibilities: • Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.• Answering telephones and taking messages.• Assisting with data entry and document preparation.• Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.• Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.• Maintaining a neat office environment.• Providing general support to other staff members.• Assisting with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory records.Requirements: • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic will be an advantage.• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.• Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing systems etc would be beneficial but not essential Salary: AED 1700 per month (negotiable depending on experience).
