Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Position Title: Production In-Charge Country: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Production DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESManaging Departments with production divisions: -Reels Fabrication Before Production: -Receive MPT from account dept for processing.Clarify with the respective sales team in case of any discrepancy in the MPT.Prioritize and schedule the urgent delivery of materials for processing.Allocate production teams for processing according to the availability and skill of teams.Cancel or postpone the process of MPT if that situation occurs Advise QC to check the materials before production.Generate ID numbers for the fabricated slings. Communicate the same with the production team.Prepare and update production.Advise the Production Team about the methods /standards before production processing the order.During Production: -Monitor and control production meeting ISO standards.Inform the warehouse supervisor of any material requirements during production.Inform QC to check during production.After Production : -Request QC for post-production checking.Communicate with Logistics Supervisor upon completion of production.Others: -Advice QC for inspection during Shipments (LP and FP)Request Technical Division for testing during shipments and if any circumstance occurs.Conduct safety and motivational meetings to warehouse periodically.Health and Safety Issues with employees.Preparing reports and reporting to higher concerns.Report non-conformance reports/customer complaints when required and follow up on them.Preferred candidate profile A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in production, manufacturing, or industrial settings.Hands-on experience managing diverse production divisions, such as Steel Wire Rope, Synthetic, Webbing, Accessories, Handrails, Reels, and Fabrication.Familiarity with ISO standards and production quality control processes.Proficiency in managing production schedules, material processing, and workflow planning.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise teams.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with sales, accounts, logistics, quality control, and technical teams.Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize urgent materials and manage multiple tasks effectively.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
