  • Controlling recruiting procedures including: Manpower requisition; budget review, Job advertisement, Candidates selection, conducting interviews, interview evaluation and employment ;
  • Enrollment procedures including: completing all necessary documents and forms, prepare employee by assignment by establishing and conducting orientation and entry training ;
  • Maintains Company guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human ;
  • Maintains Company guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and ;
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current ;
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. (Attendance, leave, resignation…. etc.) 
  • Create and maintain an adequate payroll ;
  • Control procedure of visa processing & visa ;
  • Maintain performance review and evaluation ;
  • Create & maintain an efficient training ;
  • Maintain employee benefits' records and develop the benefit plan by studying and assessing benefit needs and trend ; recommending benefit programs to management 
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements as per UAE labour ;
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning and implementing pay structure ;
  • Ensuring medical benefits of employees by liaison with Insurance ;
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and ;
  • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting ;
  • Organizing Employee Engagement Program 

Desired skills and experience:


  • 5 years' experience in Human resource and Office management ;
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration and Human resource management and ;
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills 
  • Strong organizational and planning ;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize ;
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is must 

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
