Full Stack Developer

We are now looking for a Full-stack Developer to join our team! As such, you will be responsible for the design and development of our core product, from the web portal to backend systems. You will also help evolve the overall architecture of the application and continuously work to ensure maximum performance, usability and stability.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application.Implementation of new features including backend, frontend and API components.Building reusable code and libraries for future use.Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.Interact with the rest of the team and foster our culture of review and code quality.Design and implement software components to facilitate integration with front end applications, translation engines, and content management systems.Help to evolve the e-commerce platform by promoting engineering best practices.Write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability, scalability, and internationalization.Monitor and maintain the applications deployed in production.Collaborate with other developers by taking part in pair programming and contributing in whiteboarding solutions, team discussions, and task breakdown.YOUR SKILLS: Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable, reliable, and always-on applications.Proficient in back-end technologies such as .NET, PHP, and Python.Design and development of server-side technologies to scale and deploy custom reports.Understanding of DBMS, MSSQL, MYSQL, how to use them, and how to interface with them.Proficient in web development technologies such as Angular, Node.js, and project-oriented work experience with solution architecture.Proficient understanding of git.Interest in and understanding of design principles that enable automated testing/unit testing.Familiarity with our technical stacks including Python, Rails, and a good understanding of agile, lean, and Dev Ops principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
