Youu2019ll lead initiatives that improve store operations and drive better outcomes for our partners.u202f **As a Program Manager on the Go-to-Coffeehouse team, you will: u202f** **Strategic Alignmentu202fu202f** Determine why and how multiple projects focus on strategic alignment.u202fu202f Drive holistic strategy, orchestration, and delivery.u202fu202f Apply strategic thinking across a broad scope of initiatives. **Program Leadership and Governance** Oversee and orchestrate programs spanning multiple related projects. Drive program strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and outcomes. Manage interdependencies across projects; optimize and prioritize resource allocation across programs. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
