Architectural Stone Sales Manager – Gulf Region
Description
Responsibilities Develop and expand the client base across the Gulf Region, targeting luxury villas, real estate developers, contractors, architects, and design firms. Promote Bacchus’s portfolio of architectural stone products (facades, capitals, balustrades, reliefs, fireplaces, staircases, fountains, exterior sculptures, and more). Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client presentations, design consultation, quotation, negotiation, and contract closure. Coordinate closely with in-house design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Represent the company at regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Provide regular market intelligence reports on competitors, project opportunities, and client requirements. Achieve sales targets and contribute to Bacchus’s growth in the Gulf luxury construction and design sector. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Fine Arts, Design, Business, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury building materials, natural stone, architectural finishes, or related industries. Proven track record in securing contracts for high-end villas, five-star hotels, or landmark construction projects. Established client network with developers, contractors, architects, or hotel owners in the Gulf Region is strongly preferred. Strong negotiation and business development skills, with the ability to close high-value contracts. Excellent understanding of project lifecycles in construction (from design to installation). Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
