Duties and responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that integrate traditional media, digital PR, influencer marketing, and content. Provide strategic counsel on reputation management, crisis communication, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning. Align PR initiatives with clients’ broader business and marketing goals. Team & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor a multilingual PR team, ensuring high standards of bilingual (Arabic & English) content delivery. Foster collaboration, innovation, and cross‑functional teamwork. Build and sustain strong relationships with government entities, media representatives, influencers, and community leaders. Media & Influencer Relations Cultivate strong ties with journalists, editors, broadcasters, and digital influencers across sectors. Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, thought leadership articles, and digital storytelling assets. Implement structured influencer engagement programmes, including identification, negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation. Digital PR & Content Creation Lead digital PR campaigns leveraging SEO, online media, blogs, podcasts, and emerging platforms. Supervise the development of bilingual content (Arabic/English) across websites, social media, newsletters, and branded publications. Ensure content consistency with brand voice, cultural appropriateness, and audience resonance. Crisis Communication Design and implement crisis communication protocols with bilingual holding statements and FAQs. Act as senior advisor during crises, ensuring fast, transparent, and controlled communication across traditional and digital channels. Analytics & Reporting Drive data‑driven decision‑making by setting clear KPIs (media reach, share of voice, sentiment, engagement, conversions). Use PR tech tools for media monitoring, influencer tracking, social listening, and impact measurement. Present monthly and quarterly insights to clients and agency leadership. Industry Expertise & Innovation Stay up to date with global and regional PR trends, including AI in PR, influencer marketing regulations, and digital‑first storytelling. Introduce innovative practices (e.g., short‑form video PR, executive Linked In strategies, podcast thought leadership). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Political Science, or related fields (master’s degree preferred). 10+ years of experience in PR (agency or client side), with regional GCC experience strongly preferred. Proven track record in: Managing integrated PR campaigns (traditional + digital). Leading crisis communication efforts. Building long‑term influencer and media partnerships. Bilingual fluency (Arabic & English) with excellent writing, editing, and public speaking skills. Strong knowledge of digital PR tools, influencer marketing platforms, analytics dashboards, and AI‑driven media monitoring. Strong grasp of UAE and GCC socio‑political landscape and cultural nuances. Understanding of digital ecosystems, influencer marketing regulations, and content engagement models. Knowledge of emerging technologies in PR (AI, digital listening, immersive content). Strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent bilingual writing and editing (Arabic & English). Public speaking, media handling, and presentation skills.
