Role Scope: To lead and optimize recruitment strategies across all companies within the Blue and White categories, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company goals. Manage a team of recruiters and oversee the full-cycle hiring process. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs. Implement sourcing techniques and employer branding initiatives. Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
