This senior role focuses on driving strategic growth and landing high‑value accounts across Dubai, the UAE, and the broader Gulf region. You’ll be responsible for developing and converting a pipeline of strategic opportunities—building long‑term relationships with key clients, particularly those with national or regional commercial property portfolios.You’ll work closely with the CEO, the local leadership team, and the broader leadership team to shape the go‑to‑market strategy, define growth priorities, and champion our Stak platform in the region.Success Measures Achievement of new business and account growth targets Expansion of existing accounts into multi‑site or repeat engagements Pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and conversion performance Strategic account plans executed and updated quarterly Client satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and close high‑value, strategic “lighthouse” accounts that drive new revenue and long‑term value Leverage an established network across commercial agencies, property owners, developers, architects, FM consultants, and other key stakeholders in the UAE and Gulf region to unlock opportunities and accelerate pipeline development Build and manage long‑term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across key accounts, acting as a strategic partner and advisor Take ownership of UAE Stak sales targets, building a strong pipeline, forecasting accurately, and delivering consistent revenue growth across new and existing clients Collaborate with leadership, product, marketing, and operations to localise and execute the go‑to‑market strategy; prioritise key verticals and adapt tactics based on market feedback Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence and alignment on regional growth Help build and maintain a high‑performance, collaborative sales culture, contributing to DRC/Stak being a “great place to work”Provide regular reporting to the CEO with clear insights into pipeline health, conversion metrics, and performance against targets Represent DRC/Stak as a brand ambassador at events, trade shows, and client meetings to raise market awareness and deepen client engagement Ideal Candidate Profile Senior commercial sales or account executive with 7+ years of B2B experience, ideally in commercial real estate consulting, Prop Tech, surveying, construction tech, or similar sectors in the UAE/Gulf region Proven track record of winning and growing high‑value strategic accounts Deep and credible network within the UAE property and built environment sectors Strong understanding of commercial agencies, developers, architects, property investors, FM players, and asset managers Access to enterprise real estate departments or government property teams is highly desirable Skilled in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipeline and reporting Business proficiency in Arabic and English required Passionate about property technology and excited to be part of a fast‑moving, ambitious tech business A confident communicator and negotiator – comfortable engaging senior client stakeholders and translating business needs into strategic solutions A natural collaborator who thrives in a cross‑functional team and startup‑style environment Able to articulate and evangelise our vision both in writing and in person Engineering background (Architecture or Civil) is an advantage Experience working with major developers and commercial landlords in the UAE, e.g., Emaar, Aldar, Damac, Majid Al Futtaim, Dubai Holding, Nakheel, Dubai Retail, Meraas, etc.Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales, Business Development, and Strategy/Planning Industries: Technology, Information and Media, Real Estate, and Surveying and Mapping Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
