Human Resources Director
Description
Location: Dubai We are a US$13 billion annual revenue group seeking an experienced or Director HR to play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, rewards, and recognition programs. Experience: At least 15 to 20 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within fast-paced industries. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the employee engagement calendar and initiatives to foster a motivated workforce. Oversee rewards and recognition programs, including long service awards, to celebrate employee contributions and enhance retention. Facilitate interactive sessions, forums, and events aimed at boosting team morale and promoting organizational values. Utilize HR technology platforms and tools to optimize and streamline HR processes. Collaborate closely with project teams, including periodic visits to project sites, to build strong relationships and gain firsthand insight into operational dynamics.
