Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range Summary The Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services for company personnel and guests. The role involves maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition, adhering to UAE traffic laws, and supporting assigned administrative or logistical tasks when required.Key responsibilities Driving & Transportation: Safely drive company staff, guests, and executives to and from destinations as assigned.Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays, road hazards, or heavy traffic.Ensure punctuality and maintain a professional attitude at all times.Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle when necessary.Strictly adhere to UAE traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.Report any traffic violations, accidents, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor or HR.Vehicle maintenance Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, lights, and brakes).Keep the vehicle clean, both inside and outside, at all times.Ensure regular servicing and timely renewal of vehicle registration, insurance, and Salik.Maintain a vehicle logbook for mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.Immediately report any damage, required repairs, or irregularities to management.Administrative & support duties Deliver and collect documents, packages, or materials as instructed.Assist in logistics arrangements for company events or business meetings.Handle minor errands and external tasks (banking, courier services, official appointments, etc.).Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company materials.Support other departments when not engaged in driving duties, as directed by HR or management.Requirements Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 3–5 years of driving experience in the UAE.Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle Category).Knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic rules.Skills & attributes Excellent driving record and safety awareness.Polite, respectful, and professional demeanor.Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is an advantage).Punctual, reliable, and flexible with working hours.Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.Physical & working conditions Must be fit to handle long hours of driving.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays based on business needs.May be required to travel across different Emirates as assigned.Reporting Reports directly to the Chairman & the HR Department Coordinates daily tasks based on assigned transport schedules.Job details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
