A Chef de Partie will also be required to lead and motivate a team maintain high standards of hygiene and contribute to menu development.What will I be doing As a Chef de Partie you will supervise team members and ensure high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest experience. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets Hilton quality standards Prepare and present high-quality food for buffet and à la carte service Supervise lead and motivate a team of various skill levels Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming in line with Hilton standards Work in a clean organised manner strictly following HACCP regulations Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus Suggest and contribute to the creation of new menus for both buffet and à la carte offerings Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner Ensure food items are of good quality and stored correctly Contribute to controlling costs improving gross profit margins and achieving departmental and financial targets Assist Executive Chef or Sous Chef in the training coaching and development of all team members in compliance with company procedures Be a role model for team members demonstrating Hilton values and a positive can-do attitude Report maintenance hygiene and hazard issues promptly Comply with hotel security fire regulations and all health safety and food safety legislation Be environmentally aware and support sustainability initiatives Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships EOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans #J-18808-Ljbffr
