In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include: Oversee daily scheduling and performance of Safety Divers, Guides, VR Attendants, and Lifeguards. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and Sea Trek protocols. Manage pre‑dive briefings, guest eligibility reviews, and risk assessments. Coordinate with maintenance for equipment servicing and sanitation. Drive team training, certification renewals, and rescue readiness. Handle incident investigations, reporting, and guest concerns. Collaborate with other functions for event planning and guest flow efficiency. Ensure operational compliance with internal SOPs and local regulations. Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team.
