The Java Backend position is a key in our Saa S (Software as a Service) service as we look to build our next-generation platform.We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with experience in working with distributed systems based on microservices. You will work within a multidisciplinary team composed of product managers, designers, frontend and backend developers, Dev Ops engineers, and QA engineers.Your responsibilities As part of an agile product team, you’ll be responsible for the development and operation of a modern Saa S total cost management solution for Airlines Design and development of modern backend architectures and platforms Your profile Solid programming experience in Java SE 8+Work experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)Good knowledge and practical experience applying DDDGood knowledge of Dev Ops principles, familiar with CI/CD pipelines, enthusiast of performing test automation Good understanding of CQRS and Event Sourcing design patterns (experience with Axon framework is considered a plus)Familiar with Maven, Git, Docker containers, Kubernetes clusters Experience with agile development processes Work from anywhere in Germany Attractive, contemporary remuneration package Talented team and environment A great ecosystem of customers Join us at an exciting time as we embark on our next phase — we are well funded, profitable, and gearing up for growth Who we are We are on a mission to transform fuel and cost management for airlines so they can maximize success.
