This is a great opportunity for a passionate and ambitious person to lead a talented team in executing the hotel's culinary vision.Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily food production and presentation in all outlets of the hotel.Work together with the purchasing, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure that all products are purchased, stored and served in accordance with food safety regulations.Work with the Executive Sous Chef to ensure all menus remain creative, innovative and appetizing.Establish and maintain strong relationships with all kitchen staff to ensure effective communication.Develop recipes and menus as needed to meet the hotels standards of excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
